Mr. Brown is currently serving as a senior executive at EducationDynamics, one of Halyard’s portfolio companies. Mr. Brown represents Halyard on the Board of EducationDynamics and previously served on the Board of NETGEAR, Inc. In addition, he has been involved with Halyard’s investments in Inner City Media Corp. and Tama Broadcasting, Inc. Prior to joining Halyard, Mr. Brown was an investment banker at CIBC World Markets and UBS Securities. Mr. Brown received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
