Mr. Schwartz joined Halyard as an analyst in 2008. Prior to joining Halyard, he was an analyst in Bear Stearns' Telecom, Media, & Technology Group where he worked on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings. Mr. Schwartz received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
