Ms. Kim joined Halyard as Director of Marketing in 2008. She represents Halyard on the Board of Engauge Marketing. Prior to joining Halyard, Ms. Kim was a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets' Media, Communications & Technology Group where she was responsible for structuring senior debt transactions and managing over $2 billion of Media, Communications & Technology senior debt portfolio. Ms. Kim has completed capital raising transactions for a diverse range of public and private companies in sectors that include cable, broadcasting, B2B media, content/programming and business services. She received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University.
