Mr. Bondarenko is responsible for finance, tax, operations, human resources, and administration at Halyard Capital. Prior to joining Halyard, Mr. Bondarenko was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he managed all aspects of accounting, operations, financial and regulatory reporting, valuation and capital calls for 75 private equity partnerships totaling $14 billion of committed capital. Prior to Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Bondarenko was with Deloitte & Touche, LLP and Rothstein, Kass & Co. where he performed audit engagements for private equity funds and hedge funds. Mr. Bondarenko received a Masters in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.A. from State University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
