Mr. Grimaldi represents Halyard on the Board of Engauge and HCPro, Inc. and is involved with Halyard's investments in Herald Media and Presidio Inc. Prior to joining Halyard, he was an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group where he focused on transactions in the media and communication industries. Mr. Grimaldi received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in economics from Boston College and has completed level II of the CFA Program.
