Inner City Media Corporation was the holding company for ICBC Broadcast Holdings, Inc., the second largest radio broadcasting company in the U.S. that primarily targets urban markets. The company owned and operated 17 radio stations in five markets:

In August 2004, Halyard exited its investment through a leveraged recapitalization of Inner City Media.
