Massachusetts-based TCP Communications ("TCP") owned communications towers for wireless service providers. Through acquisition and “Build to Suit” agreements with wireless service providers, TCP developed a portfolio of over 200 towers in three geographic clusters: the Northeast, the Midwest and the Southeast. Halyard exited its investment in TCP through a sale of the company to Global Tower Partners that was announced in January, 2006.
