North Dakota Holdings, L.L.C. was formed by Halyard Capital, Wicks Television and JP Morgan Partners to acquire and develop broadcast television stations in attractive mid-sized markets. NDH was managed by Robert Gluck, a television executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. NDH's strategy was to acquire underdeveloped television stations that have strong network affiliations and are capable of building dominant news presences in their respective markets.
NDH owned seven television stations in North Dakota and, in April 2004, acquired three stations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. | KVLY - TV | Fargo, ND | NBC | | KXJB - TV | Fargo, ND | CBS | | KXJC - LP | Fargo, ND | CBS | | KFYR - TV | Bismarck, ND | NBC | | KMOT - TV | Minot, ND | NBC | | KUMV - TV | Williston, ND | NBC | | KQCD - TV | Dickinson, ND | NBC | | KSFY-TV | Sioux Falls, SD | ABC | | KPRY-TV | Pierre, SD | ABC | | KABY-TV | Aberdeen, SD | ABC |
